Your logo,
next to every email

Posthawk has native BIMI support. Display your brand logo next to authenticated emails in Gmail, Apple Mail, and Yahoo — without writing a single DNS record by hand.

What is BIMI

The standard for
branded inboxes

BIMI (Brand Indicators for Message Identification) is an open spec that lets mailbox providers show a verified brand logo next to your emails. It's the only cross-provider way to put your logo in Gmail, Apple Mail, and Yahoo — the rest is provider-specific workarounds.

With BIMI

Your logo shows next to every authenticated email. Higher open rates, more trust, and an instantly recognizable brand.

Without BIMI

A generic grey avatar with the first letter of your sending address. Every email looks like it could be anyone.

How it works

Four steps,
live in an afternoon

01

Get a certificate

Buy a CMC from DigiCert, Sectigo, or GlobalSign ($1,416/yr at DigiCert, no trademark needed) or a VMC if you want the blue checkmark in Gmail.

02

Upload your logo

Drop an SVG Tiny P/S logo in the Posthawk dashboard. We validate it and host it on a public URL automatically.

03

Add one DNS record

Posthawk generates the BIMI TXT record and a DMARC record. Copy them into Cloudflare, Route 53, or your provider of choice.

04

Click verify

Posthawk checks DMARC policy and the BIMI record are live, then flips the status to verified. Your logo starts appearing within hours.

Hosted Logo Storage

No need to host the SVG yourself. Upload it to Posthawk and we serve it at a public URL with the right content type and caching.

SVG Tiny P/S Validation

We check your logo for baseProfile, size limits, embedded scripts and external references before accepting it — so DNS setup never fails on a bad file.

Automatic DMARC Setup

BIMI requires DMARC at p=quarantine or p=reject. Posthawk generates the exact DMARC record you need and verifies it for you.

One-Click Verification

We resolve your DMARC and BIMI TXT records against authoritative DNS and tell you exactly what is missing or wrong.

Certificates

Two paths to
verified branding

BIMI requires a certificate from an authorized CA — DigiCert, Sectigo, or GlobalSign. This is the part Posthawk can't automate — certificate issuance is a legal identity check. But we'll tell you exactly which one you need and where to buy it.

What you'll need

BIMI has strict requirements, but most of the work is one-time setup. Once verified, your logo appears in every inbox that supports BIMI — automatically.

  • A domain verified with Posthawk (DKIM + SPF passing)
  • A square SVG Tiny P/S logo, ≤32 KB
  • DMARC policy at p=quarantine or p=reject
  • A VMC or CMC certificate from a recognized CA
